Have you seen any other dog bed which covers need of summer and winter? We know there isn't any, because we have done the research and checked all over internet and haven't found any.
Same as other dog pawrents/owners, we have experienced trouble of buying new bed every season and many of beds out there in market doesn't last long that why we decided to design our own. We wanted to design a dog bed which provide, warmth in winter, absorbs body heat in summer, provide comfort for elderly dogs with arthritis problem and also provide stylish/luxury look to go with your decor.

Kangaroo Bed is made of high density memory foam and orthopaedic foam which are protect by water resistant taffeta inner cover. external cover is made of linen and microfibre fabric which is soft as well as durable.
Winter cover is made of Faux fur which is extremely soft and warm. Self heating mat insert along with winter cover provide additional support in reflecting body heat back to your dog so that he/she feel warm in those colder days.
Self cooling mat insert absorbs body heat which helps to cooling down your dog's body in summer day or after extended play time.
Calming bed cover is made of plush fur like fabric which is extremely soft and help to reduce the anxiety.
External Cover & Winter Cover: Bed cover takes less than a minute to remove and can be machine washed (Yup, you read it correctly, its Machine washable). For Washing machine cycle, use medium temperature, mode with less or no spin and use mild detergent. Please DO NOT use dryer. Hang in shade to dry(avoid direct sun light).
Water resistant cover: When it's wet, wipe off the excess water and clean the surface with damp cloth and hang in shade to dry ( avoid direct sunlight).
Self Cooling Mat: Cooling mat can be cleaned with damp cloth with gentle rub. DO NOT machine wash. Please discard the cooling mat in case of damage or leakage.
It's not waterproof. We wanted to keep the external cover free from chemicals hence it couldn't be waterproof thats why we introduced a inner liner, which is water resistant and protects the memory foam from water damage. if you noticed any spill on the bed, remove the external cover immediately and wipe of the excess liquid from the inner water resistant cover. if bed is exposed to liquid for longer duration then there is chance it may permeate inside the foam.
When it comes to dog, nothing is indestructible. Hence we can't guarantee that the bed can't be chewed. We choose the microfibre fabric with various dog test to make sure it durable enough. so far we haven't received any complaint related to damage done due to chewing or scratching.
As you all know, size of a dog can be different even across same breed hence we highly recommend to measure your Dog length from nose to base of the tail. your dog may prefer to curl and sleep but consider selecting size based on full stretch sleeping posture. those with limited space in the house may need to compromise on the size however its always recommended to measure available size as well as dog's size while selecting the right bed size. As grandma says, When in doubt, always buy BIGGER size.

Off-course, if you like to keep the bed clean with regular washing and don't like to wait for the cover to dry, you can always purchase a spare cover so that your dog can use it while the other one is in getting washed. you can buy it from here.
Order Issues
We send email update once your order is dispatched from our Melbourne(Australia) warehouse along with the tracking ID. You can click on the tracking ID which will launch an Australia Post website with latest tracking details.
If you can't find the tracking ID for your order, you can reach out to us on support@kangaroobed.com
We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Sometime one order may get shipped with multiple shipments hence please check your email inbox(including junk box) for additional tracking ID details. if you still believe that any product is missing. please write to us on support@kangaroobed.com
If any items you receive are faulty or damaged, please email support@kangaroobed.com within 5 days of receipt of item to notify us. Please be sure to include your order number, best contact details, details of the fault/damage and a photo of the fault/damage.
After receiving your email, we will provide you with a return postage label so you can return the item to us.

Unfortunately no, as the shipping cost was incurred for the first shipment you received. we will cover the product return shipping cost in case the product is faulty.
We try to ship the order within 24-48 hours hence its hard to accomodate the request however please reach out to us over email (support@kangaroobed.com) and we will try our level best to accomodate the request(with additional charges, if not paid with the order). Please note that Kangaroo Bed reserve the rights to accept or reject this request.
Return and Exchange

If the order you received was a gift and you need to return any items, the original value of the items will be credited on a gift voucher for you to use on a future order.
Please contact us prior to returning the items, so a note can be made on your order. Otherwise, the items may be refunded to the original payment method.
Once your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days (dependant on your financial institution).
